Your daily digest is sent at 8:00 AM UTC every day. If you have no new newsletters, you won't receive a digest that day.

Don't worry! All your content is accessible from the dashboard - newsletters in your Newsletters list and video summaries in your YouTube Channels section. Everything is kept for 30 days, after which it's automatically deleted to protect your privacy. Your daily digests arrive by email, so the key insights are always in your inbox.

We store the email content of newsletters you forward to us and transcripts of YouTube videos from channels you follow, for AI processing and digest generation. We do not store any other emails or personal data beyond what's needed for the service.

No. AmplyDigest only processes emails that look like newsletters - we check for signals like unsubscribe links, list headers, and automated sender addresses. Personal emails, conversations, and replies are rejected by our system before they are ever stored. They never reach our database, our AI, or anyone on our team. If an email doesn't match newsletter patterns, it's simply discarded on arrival.

All content - originals, summaries, and associated data - is automatically deleted after 30 days to protect your privacy. We don't hold onto your data longer than necessary. Your daily digest emails are yours to keep in your inbox.

You can delete your account from the Settings page. This will permanently remove all your data, including newsletters and preferences. Go to Settings →

Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically switch back to the free plan. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Go to Settings →

If you reach your monthly processing limit, incoming content is still stored - it just won't be summarized until the limit resets at the start of the next month. Most users never come close to hitting it.

All payments are processed by Polar, a trusted payment platform. Your card number, bank details, and payment credentials are handled entirely by Polar - AmplyDigest never sees or stores any of your payment information. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices through Polar's secure portal, accessible from your account settings. Go to Settings →
