Your data is used solely to provide the AmplyDigest service:
- Process your forwarded newsletters
- Generate AI summaries using third-party AI providers
- Send your daily digest email
- Maintain your account and preferences
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the service.
Data Retention
We believe in minimal data retention:
- 30-day auto-deletion – your newsletter emails and AI summaries are automatically deleted after 30 days
- Account data – retained until you delete your account
- Server logs – retained for security and debugging purposes
When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed immediately.
Data Sharing
We never sell your data.
- No third-party analytics or tracking services
- No advertising networks
- No data brokers
AI Processing: To generate summaries, we send your newsletter content to our AI provider. The AI provider processes the content but does not store it or use it for training. We use providers that offer data processing agreements and appropriate security measures.
Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access – view your newsletters and summaries in the dashboard
- Deletion – delete your account instantly from Settings
- Portability – contact us to request a copy of your data
- Correction – update your email and preferences in Settings
We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We use only essential cookies:
- Session cookie – keeps you logged in
- Theme preference – remembers your light/dark mode choice
