About AmplyDigest
AmplyDigest is a newsletter aggregation service that helps you manage information overload. You forward newsletters to your unique AmplyDigest email address, and we use AI to generate concise summaries delivered as a single daily digest.
The service is designed for personal use to help individuals stay informed without spending hours reading through multiple newsletters.
Your Responsibilities
When using AmplyDigest, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Only forward newsletters you have legitimately subscribed to
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to circumvent any service limitations
- Keep your account credentials secure
Acceptable Use
The following activities are prohibited:
- Forwarding spam, malware, or malicious content
- Using the service to harass or harm others
- Attempting to overload or abuse the service
- Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization
- Forwarding content that violates third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
AmplyDigest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated summaries
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the service will meet all your requirements
AI summaries are meant to give you a quick overview, not replace reading the original content. For important information, always refer to the original newsletter.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Service Availability
We strive to keep AmplyDigest available, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. The service may be temporarily unavailable for:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Unexpected technical issues
- Circumstances beyond our control
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance when possible.
Account Termination
Your right to leave: You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. All your data will be permanently removed.
Our right to terminate: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. We will attempt to notify you before taking action, except in cases of serious violations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
